Our client, a prominent services-industry organization in Fort Washington, is seeking a contract-to-hire Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This role focuses on high-volume recruiting and requires someone who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. About the Job: Act as the primary first-responder for all new applicants, making quick contact with potential candidates. Utilize AI-driven recruiting and compliance tools to screen, engage, and track candidates. Manage a high-volume pipeline from application through onboarding using ATS and AI platforms. Conduct phone and in-person interviews and coordinate closely with hiring managers on staffing needs. Source candidates across online platforms, social media, and professional networks. Maintain accurate records within the ATS and ensure role-specific compliance throughout the hiring process. About You: Available to start immediately is strongly preferred. Proven experience in high-volume recruiting. Comfortable making 100+ phone calls per day. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience with ATS, HRIS, and AI-driven recruiting tools. Bachelor's degree. Resilient, adaptable, and able to work occasional extended hours or weekends. This contract to hire opportunity is fully onsite in Fort Washington, PA, and follows a 40 hour work week from 8:30-5. This opportunity offers a salary of up to $57k if brought on as a permanent employee, and comparable hourly compensation in the contract period.
