Job Description
Tundraland Home Improvements is searching for atalented Service & Warranty Coordinator to expand and helpimprove the level of support that our Service Team provides tocustomers and internal teams. Your ability to communicateeffectively with Service Technicians, internal stakeholders, andhomeowners is a must. This position requires consistent attentionto detail and complete follow-through. This person will be a keymember to the Service Team who will ensure that all open servicerequests are scheduled with our field service technician team,keeping communication with homeowners throughout the course oftheir service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from previous customers andschedule service requests for homeowners with local servicetechnicians
- Assess customer’s service needs,antiticpate and gather all information needed to accurately informtechnicians of service detail
- Maintain andoptimize the service technician schedules for efficacy andmaximized capacity
- Update customer files in CRMat each point of action and customerinteraction
- Provide the highest level ofcustomer service via phone and email
- Orderparts and materials for required services
- Beenthusiastic, adaptable, and patient as well as highlydetail-oriented and data-efficient.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, baths/showers,decks, and windows preferred but notrequired
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Outlooks, Word, Excel)
- Previous schedulingexperience
- At least 1 year customer serviceexperience in an office or administrativeenvironment
- High school diploma orequivalent
