Job Overview:
Position Summary: The Tutoring Program Director leads Tennessee's TN ALL Corps Model tutoring initiative, the statewide high-dosage tutoring program serving students in grades K8 across Tennessee's public-school districts. This position is responsible for the strategy, execution, and monitoring of high-quality tutoring aligned to best practices in learning acceleration. The Senior Manager develops implementation guidance, professional learning, and tools to support district and partner success. The role also oversees state and federal grant programs, procurement and contracts, vendor partnerships, and cross-agency alignment to ensure efficient and equitable service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and experience equivalent to substantial (five or more years of) full-time relevant experience.
