Position: Assembly Technician

Location: Durham, NC

Pay: $17.60 to $19.25/hour

Experience: At least 2 years of production experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Greene Resources is seeking an Assembly Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Review assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to prepare for assembly.
• Gather necessary tools, materials, and subassemblies.
• Position and assemble components using templates or precise measurements.
• Inspect and measure completed assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.
• Adjust and correct assembly issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety procedures.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete tasks accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be cross-trained on multiple processes.
• Reliable, consistent work history.
