Assistant General Manager Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an AGM in a high-volume ($6M+ annually) restaurant.
- Comfort and experience leading a team in a high-volume concept with at least $6 million in annual sales
- Steady tenure is a must.
- Experience with a scratch kitchen with high-volume is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and management ability; training, P&L, market knowledge, etc.
