What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a GM in a high-volume ($8MM+ annual sales) upscale casual steakhouse or fine dining environment; 8+ years of total restaurant experience preferred
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop large teams with focus, passion, and a shared vision
- Operational Excellence: Skilled in front-of-house operations with an obsession for quality, consistency, and detail
- Service-Driven: Strong understanding of fine dining standards, wine/beverage programs, and guest experience excellence
- Communicator: Clear, confident written and verbal communicator who keeps the team aligned and engaged
- Work Ethic: A hands-on, dependable leader with high standards and a desire to lead by example
- Problem Solver: Cool under pressure, solution-focused, and proactive in overcoming challenges
- Hospitality Mindset: You bring an ownership mentality and a commitment to putting guests and employees first
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 and day-to-day digital tools
