Austin Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
  • 3+ Years Experience in a full-service, scratch kitchen upscale concept
  • 2+ Years in Austin, Texas—this is non-negotiable.
  • Strong understanding of systems, methods, and processes
  • Ability to lead a fun, engaging, and professional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and mentor a team
  • Deep passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
  • Self-driven with a desire to grow into a General Manager role
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Austin Upscale Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Support and develop team members
  • Conduct daily line checks to ensure quality and consistency
  • Prepare end-of-shift and daily financials
  • Follow operational best practices and uphold brand standards
  • Manage day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Foster a culture of integrity, hospitality, and teamwork
  • Build regular clientele and contribute to a collaborative team environment
