Dignity Health St. Josephs Medical Center in partnership with Touro University Medical Group is looking for a Program Director to help develop a Urology residency program. This opportunity is in a "Privademics" setting.

About the Opportunity
- The inaugural class of Urology residents started in July 2022
- Program has 2 residents per year
- State of the art training facility
- H1B eligible facility
- Must be American Board Certified or Eligible
- New program joined 8 existing residency programs
- 355 bed Acute Care Hospital with an Xi DaVinci Robot
- Employed with salary & benefits
- Core faculty positions and academic appointments available
Compensation Details
- Employed model with 2 year income guarantee. $525-550k annual base and higher earning potential with this busy practice opportunity.

Qualifications
- Model professionalism and commitment to patient care with compassion, sensitivity, and dignity
- Program Director applicants must have three (3) years' experience educational and/or administrative experience as core faculty member, Assoc/assistant Program Director or Program Director in an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency Program
