Our instructors are experts in fields such as health and safety, environmental and quality auditing, process improvement, and more. The Registration and Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth program operations by providing administrative and logistical support to the Program Supervisor and instructional team.

Other Work/Responsibilities:
Assist with course preparation, including creating rosters, sign-in sheets, name tents, course completion certificates, and other class materials.Prepare and ship course-related materials via FedEx and the Mail Service Center.Support the course closeout process, ensuring all documentation and records are accurately completed and filed.Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.Process, print, package, and mail student completion cards for the OSHA Outreach Training Program.Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned by leadership to support the goals and objectives of the Open Enrollment and OSHA Outreach Training programs.
Minimum Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
 - Some college coursework in business, communications, or a related field preferred.

 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Strong organizational skills with the ability to excel in a multi-tasking environment.
 - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with Google Suite (email and calendar).
 - Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
 - Strong customer service skills, including the ability to respond professionally, promptly, and courteously to participant and stakeholder inquiries via email and phone.
