Account Coordinator

About the Role:

We’re looking for motivated and proactive Account Coordinators to play a key role in growing our client base. In this role, you’ll be reaching out to potential clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward tailored financial solutions

Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound outreach and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients
  • Qualify leads and identify opportunities to present relevant services
  • Guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales cycle, including needs assessment and product recommendations
  • Support clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to internal service teams
  • Maintain accurate tracking of leads, calls, emails, and conversions in the CRM

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or college degree preferred
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client outreach a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals
