Do you have an eye for great vehicles and a talent for negotiation?  Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC in Boulder is looking for a Vehicle Acquisition Associate to help us source, evaluate, and acquire top-quality pre-owned vehicles that meet the high standards of our premium brands – and our discerning customers.

Your Day-to-Day

• Source pre-owned vehicles through private sellers and other acquisition channels
• Inspect and appraise vehicles to ensure they meet quality and profitability goals
• Negotiate purchase prices aligned with dealership objectives
• Maintain detailed acquisition records and ensure all required paperwork is complete
• Coordinate transportation and logistics for vehicle deliveries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, auction representatives and other industry contacts
• Monitor market trends, pricing and inventory to identify new opportunities

Should You Apply?

• Proven experience in vehicle buying, wholesale, or appraisal (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in vehicle valuation tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
• A professional demeanor and commitment to quality
