Joint Ventures Associate at Aionios LLC

A well-regarded law firm is seeking a mid-level associate (3–6 years of experience) to join its transactional real estate group, with a focus on joint venture formation and structuring. This is a sophisticated practice working with top-tier real estate clients on complex joint venture and investment structures.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Drafting and negotiating complex real estate joint venture agreements

• Structuring limited liability company (LLC) and partnership agreements for high-value commercial real estate deals

• Supporting real estate transactions involving institutional investors, developers, and sponsors

• Advising on governance, capital stacks, exit strategies, and waterfall modeling

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of relevant legal experience with real estate joint ventures and fund structures

• Strong academic credentials and attention to detail

• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while independently managing key responsibilities

• Prior experience at an Am Law or nationally recognized firm preferred

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

Compensation:
The expected base salary for this role ranges from $225,000 to $300,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
