Venue Sales Representative
Full-Time or Part-Time Availability | Tuesday–Saturday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | $40,000/Year + Commission | On-Site (Frederick, MD)
About the Role:
Ceresville Mansion is seeking a motivated and personable Venue Sales Representative to join our team. This position focuses on converting new inquiries into booked weddings and events through professional communication, venue tours, and strong client relationship building. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized, and driven to achieve sales goals while maintaining the high level of service Ceresville Mansion is known for.

This position focuses on converting new inquiries into booked weddings and events through professional communication, venue tours, and strong client relationship building. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized, and driven to achieve sales goals while maintaining the high level of service Ceresville Mansion is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all venue inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms.
- Conduct engaging and informative venue tours with potential clients.
- Create detailed proposals and contracts for prospective couples and clients.
- Maintain consistent and friendly follow-up with leads to maximize conversions.
- Guide clients through the sales process up to the point of contract signing and deposit.
- Transition booked clients smoothly to the Account Management team for ongoing planning.
- Track all leads, follow-ups, and booked events using TripleSeat and internal systems.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Ceresville Mansion spaces, packages, and current promotions.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (on-site).
- Compensation: $40,000 annually (hourly equivalent) + commission for every booked event.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (preferably in weddings, events, or hospitality).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident, personable, and professional presentation skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
