Veterans Counselor/Therapist at Transitions, Inc.

We are seeking a Veterans Counselor/Therapist to provide comprehensive clinical services for veterans impacted by substance use and mental health disorders.

• Manage a caseload by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and participate in regular team meetings.
• Ensure accurate documentation, maintain compliance with standards, and provide crisis intervention and community referrals.
• Engage in supervision to support professional growth and licensure, with opportunities for continuing education and licensure reimbursement.
• Develop discharge plans and represent the organization professionally within the community.
