Support · For new graduates, this role offers direct mentorship from the Medical Director and participation in NVA's structured 12-month Mentorship Program . In this program, our Associate Doctor will have access to: * One-on-one surgical and medical support from Dr. Jodi Long, current President of TVMA and Oklahoma Mentor * Suite of wellness programming focusing on stress management and cultivating a balanced approach to your life * Cohort of other new graduate ADVMs in Texas with planned social events, team bonding, and engagement About Our Hospital: Our mission at Family Pet Clinic of Richland Hills has always been to assemble a veterinary health care team committed to providing exceptional client service and veterinary health care.
