Lathrop Veterinary Center has the opportunity to add a Veterinarian to our team! Offering up to a $50,000 Sign-On Bonus. Lathrop Veterinary Center is the first vet hospital in the city of Lathrop, CA. Our state-of-the-art facility was built in 2008, houses modern equipment, and has amazing staff and Doctors. Lathrop is currently a growing community, evident by the large new pet-friendly apartment building recently built next door. Opportunity for business growth is huge as well as being able to enjoy living within an appealing area offering a more reasonable cost of living. Compensation/Additional Benefits Very competitive compensation model , base salary plus 22% production, bonus structure; complete benefits. U p to a $50,000 Sign-On Bonus! Full-time salary ranges from $120,000-170,000 , based on experience. Part-time salary is negotiable, range begins at $70,000 depending on experience and schedule. Professional dues/licensing expenses and CE allowance. Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k with an employer match. 4 weeks vacation time as mentioned above with ability to receive an addition 4 week paid sabbatical for all full-time doctors.
