A company is looking for a Vice President of Data Governance.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a comprehensive data governance strategy aligned with Medicare Advantage goals and regulatory requirementsCreate and lead an enterprise data governance council, implementing policies and frameworks for data quality and lifecycle managementMonitor and enhance the accuracy and timeliness of various data types, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and self-service analyticsRequired Qualifications10+ years of progressive experience in data governance, management, or information governance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleKnowledge of Medicare Advantage regulations and CMS reporting preferredBachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or related field preferredExperience in recruiting, developing, and managing teamsAbility to stay updated on emerging trends in healthcare data and CMS policy changes
