Vital Stretch Practitioner - Flexibility and Mobility Coach at The Vital Stretch- Leawood

To be a VSP, you must love:

• Helping guests achieve their goals
• 1 -on- 1 hands on work with guests
• Learning about anatomy, movement, and advanced recovery methods.

Qualifications

·        Background in fitness, personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy, or kinesiology preferred.

·        Certification in stretching, flexibility training, or related field (NASM, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) a plus.

·        Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and flexibility techniques.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Passion for helping others improve movement, recovery, and overall wellness.

Responsibilities

Deliver Assisted Stretch Sessions

·        Perform one-on-one assisted stretching sessions using proper techniques and protocols.

·        Conduct mobility assessments and tailor sessions to each client’s needs, limitations, and goals.

·        Ensure safe and effective stretches, maintaining proper body mechanics and client comfort.

Client Management & Experience

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and consistency.

·        Track and document client progress, goals, and session feedback.

·        Educate clients on the benefits of stretching, recovery, and mobility maintenance.

·        Support client retention through exceptional service and follow-up communication.

Studio & Team Support

·        Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.

·        Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional client experience.

·        Participate in continuing education and in-studio training to enhance skill sets.
