VP / Investment Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to apply mathematical or statistical techniques to address practical issues in finance. Interpret & summarize financial results. Define or recommend model specs or data collection methods. Reqs: Master's or equiv. & 3 yrs exp. in: Supporting the execution & the origination of M&A transactions incl. public & private sell-sides, buy-sides, & mergers; Contributing to the building & maintenance of complex financial/valuation models, incl. DCF, accretion/dilution, LBO, comparable trading, & transaction analyses. Alternatively, emp will accept Bach. & 5 yrs of exp. 10% domestic/ int'l travel, as necessary.
