What You'll Be Doing:
- Defining and executing the business strategy for the New Ventures AI portfolio, establishing vision, roadmap, and commercialization plans for emerging products and solutions.
- Developing and implementing innovative pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies tailored to diverse AI offerings and market segments.
- Partnering with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align monetization models with customer needs, compliance, and market trends.
- Conducting comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to inform business development and growth initiatives.
- Building and managing strategic relationships with key ecosystem partners-data providers, infrastructure, and distribution channels-to amplify reach and impact.
- Leading joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, ensuring all agreements adhere to the highest standards of security, governance, and ethical practices.
- Collaborating with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure global data protection and responsible AI practices are embedded in every product launch.
- Presenting growth forecasts, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, driving consensus and action.

What You'll Need:
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).
- Minimum 15 years' experience, including at least 3 years in large-scale new product monetization, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in bringing multiple generations of AI products or solutions to market-ideation through launch.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory considerations.
- Expertise in crafting and implementing innovative monetization models (subscription, tiered offerings, API licensing, etc.).
- Experience in the semiconductor and/or EDA industry is highly desirable.
- Advanced analytical, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
