Walkin Clinic (First Care) Section Chief opportunity at Parkview Health

Parkview Physicians Group is currently seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our walk in clinic team as the leader of the section. Specifics of The Role Full time Leadership Role in our Walk-in Clinics consisting of 0.5 FTE clinical work and 0.5 FTE administrative work. Clinical work comprises an average of 1.5 12-hour shifts per week Administrative work comprises working as a Dyad partner with the Administrative Director of our Walk-in Clinics and includes the following: Provider oversight Oversight of APP Collaboration, Education, Process Improvement, and Strategic Direction in our Walk-in Clinics Strong emphasis on team building and strengthening rapport among the providers and staff in our clinics The Practice Average patient volume of 35 patients per shift 11 clinic locations throughout Northeast Indiana Fully integrated EMR system with EPIC Staff ratios to optimize clinic efficiency and enhance joy of medical practice Minimal in-basket management Work 1 major holiday per year Compensation
