Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist at Staffmark Group

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist in Rogers, AR! If you have warehouse experience, leadership skills, and a customer-first attitude, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and supportive team.

Pay: $18.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
• Conduct local deliveries and manage on-site customer inventory checks
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals
• Monitor inventory accuracy and communicate with purchasing teams
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Process orders, resolve customer concerns, and build strong client relationships

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record and DOT medical exam
• Experience leading and training a warehouse team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard warehouse equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Preferred: Forklift certification, Lean/process improvement knowledge, and experience in industrial supply, distribution, or manufacturing
