What You Get (Because All-Stars Deserve the Best) Competitive Pay Plan – $65,000 to $95,000+ per year Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance – with company contribution for you and your family PTO & Paid Holidays – take the vacation you deserve 401(k) with Company Match – we invest in your future A Team That Has Your Back – leadership, dispatch, and field all aligned to help you succeed What You’ll Do (Your Mission, 5 Days a Week) Manage all inbound/outbound materials, tools, and equipment Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper tracking in our systems Oversee ordering, stocking, and returns with vendors & suppliers Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness standards are always met Make sure technicians have what they need, when they need it Coordinate fleet management — tracking vehicle maintenance, scheduling service, monitoring inspections, and ensuring trucks are clean, stocked, and compliant Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and save costs What It Takes to Be the Best 3+ years warehouse or logistics experience Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical knowledge is ideal Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills Excellent communication skills — with your team, leadership, and vendors Team mindset: We work together.
