Warehouse Manager at Staffmark Group
Job Description
- 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 4 PM | $28 - $32 per hour
- 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays) | 3 PM - 12 AM | $29 - $33 per hour
- 3 years of warehouse manager/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, safety compliance, and employee scheduling
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to operational excellence
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with WMS is preferred
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping materials
- Manage and schedule warehouse staff to ensure productivity and coverage across shifts
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Track KPIs such as on-time shipments, order accuracy, and inventory turnover
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment, inventory, and workflow
- Train, coach, and support warehouse associates to ensure quality and efficiency
- Handle scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations for warehouse staff
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production and delivery goals
