Warehouse Operations Manager at Staffmark Group
Job Description
- 10+ years of experience leading a warehouse/distribution team.
 - Strong shipping and receiving experience.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 - Lead and motivate warehouse teams to meet operational goals for safety, quality, and efficiency.
 - Manage day-to-day operations across shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
 - Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements in cost, accuracy, and productivity.
 - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, policy updates, and safety initiatives.
 - Collaborate with the General Manager on administrative and operational objectives.
 - Supervise and train staff on receiving, put-away, shipping, and inventory reconciliation processes.
 - Ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment.
 - Analyze root causes of errors or discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
 - Oversee compliance with company procedures and documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
 - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
