• Payrate: Training - $20.50 per hour, 100% Production - $23.50 perhour, with potential of additional pay incentives.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am start time, work until job is complete with thepotential for overtime as needed.

What you'll do as aWarehouse Selector:

• Select product andload trucks, moving product between the loading dock and thewarehouse and moving product within the warehouse.
• May work in various areas of the warehousesuch as Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer, and others.
• McLane provides freezer suits, hats, andgloves to you.
• Review documents and recordinformation; verify quantity, identity, availability, and conditionof product.
• Drive and operate a reach truckand pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product within thewarehouse and dock.
• Hand-stack product onoccasion when items are off balance or in the wrong location.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders andremove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Cleanwork area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications you'llbring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years ofage.
• Experience with operating aReach Truck is required.
• Able toperform accurate visual inspections and repeatedly lift to 75pounds or more.
• At least 1 year ofdistribution warehouse experience, including operation of reachtruck, pallet jack, and forklift is preferred, but not required.
• This position requires the ability to read,write, and understand English at a level sufficient to performjob-related tasks effectively and safely. This includesunderstanding work instructions, safety protocols, andcommunications essential to the role. The requirement is directlyrelated to the nature of the job and ensures compliance withworkplace safety and operationalstandards.
