We are looking for a Warranty Coordinator to join our team in Fresno, California. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a background in administrative tasks and the automotive industry. You will play a vital role in managing warranty processes and ensuring efficient communication between dealerships and service centers.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate warranty claims and ensure timely submission to relevant parties.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealerships regarding warranty-related inquiries.
• Manage inbound calls and provide accurate information about warranty processes.
• Maintain and organize schedules and calendars to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with service centers to verify warranty eligibility and documentation.
• Track and update warranty records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide administrative support to enhance workflow efficiency within the department.
• Monitor warranty approvals and address discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare reports detailing warranty activities and performance metrics.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in managing schedules, calendars, and general office tasks.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in handling inbound calls and inquiries.
• Familiarity with warranty processes and automotive service operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized in tracking and maintaining records.
• Experience collaborating with dealerships or service centers is a plus.
• Proficient in standard office software and tools.
