Water Restoration Project Manager at Robinson Restoration

As a Project Manager you will expected to efficiently manage all jobs and team members to ensure:

prompt job/call response time
Performance of high quality water mitigation services
Maintain quality control on all jobs
Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques
Efficient scheduling of jobs and job monitoring
High customer satisfaction
Maintain progress logs, document all processes with company forms, ensure detailed pictures by using mobile device and applications to report and record daily activity

Requirements:

IICRC certification preferred
Experience in water mitigation
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics
Ability to be part of our on call rotation with other Project Managers.
Ability to successfully complete a background check.
Must have good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving history
Present a professional & clean appearance with company provided uniform.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
