The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000.

• Ensure optimal website performance, including uptime, speed, security, and smooth operation.
• Lead e-commerce optimization, manage product listings, perform A/B testing, and implement strategies to boost conversion rates and order values.
• Oversee SEO strategies and content management, ensuring high-ranking product and category pages.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and development teams.

Your Qualifications:

We're excited to meet candidates who bring:

• Proven experience managing and significantly growing e-commerce websites (health or supplements industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles, web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD), and compliance standards (GDPR, PCI DSS).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely)
• Knowledge of Bright Pearl
• Understanding of PPC/paid media, affiliate marketing, and lead generation

Your Role:

Reporting directly to Marketing Leadership, youll play a central role in driving our online business forward by:

• Managing and optimizing our e-commerce platform
• Implementing and analyzing SEO strategies and content plans
• Ensuring seamless integration and optimal functioning of third-party applications
• Proactively managing website performance and troubleshooting
• Refining user experience through strategic design and functionality improvements
