Join Our Team at Holiday Inn Express Nephi!
We’re a guest service-focused hotel searching for an energetic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Associate.
We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, enthusiastic about providing above-and-beyond guest services, and ready to work collaboratively as part of our team. Flexibility is key—scheduling will be based on hotel needs, and weekend availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
- Answering phones and assisting with guest inquiries
- Delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Communicating effectively with all departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining cleanliness in public areas to leave positive first impressions
- Completing any other tasks or projects assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality (preferred) or 2+ years in customer service
- Strong multitasking, accountability, and teamwork skills
- Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to commute or relocate to Nephi, UT 84648
