Job Overview:

TheMaintenance Technician II will assume advanced tasks relating tothe production machines and will troubleshoot when necessary. Thisposition is responsible for analyzing equipment to troubleshootproblems and making any necessary repairs with minimal oversightfrom maintenance supervision. This individual is encouraged todevelop daily goals/strategies and ensure all equipment is runningeffectively and efficiently.

 

Hours: Monday-Thursday3:30PM-1:30AM

Highlights of your role:
  • Perform regular inspections and repairs on productionequipment and assist in machine repairs as well as train others inmachine repairs.
  • Work efficiently with work ordersystem (EAM) to document repairs and PM maintenance throughout theplant.
  • Set up of new equipment; troubleshootequipment—using specialty tools—and make decisions on mosteffective repair of equipment.
  • Perform regularinspections and light repairs on production equipment, assist inmachine repairs, and perform daily housekeeping in workareas.
  • Provide feedback to supervisors onmaintenance status, as well as email end of shift reportsdaily.
  • Perform basic machinist skills using avertical mill and a lathe.
  • Interpret blueprints andpart drawing to perform maintenancetask.
  • Must have basic understanding ofwelding and fabrication.
  • Maintain a clean andorganized work environment.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
    High School diploma/GEDrequired
  • Minimum of three years relatedexperience and/or training required
  • Must be able to obtainforklift and aerial lift platformlicenses
  • To perform this job successfully, anindividual should have knowledge of Enterprise Asset Managementsoftware and the Microsoft Software Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook,etc.)
  • Associate’s degree in arelated-technical field is stronglypreferred
