Field Service Project Coordinator – Windows & Doors

Location: Orlando, FL – PGT Innovations (Part of MITER Brands)
Compensation: $21.00–$27.00/hour (depending on experience)
️Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    • Responsibilities

  • Diagnose window and door repair issues and develop corrective action plans
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, builders, distributors, and internal teams
  • Travel frequently to job sites—indoors and outdoors
  • ️ Operate equipment safely (aerial lift truck certification required)
  • Assess risks, identify potential liabilities, and escalate appropriately
  • ‍️ Represent MITER Brands with integrity and professionalism

    • Qualifications

    ️ Communication & Language Skills

  • Strong proficiency in English required
  • ️ Able to read and write professional correspondence
  • Comfortable presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus—may be required in certain regions

    • Skills & Abilities

  • Perform basic arithmetic (whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
  • Accurately read and use a tape measure
  • Assess complex situations and make sound decisions
  • Strong prioritization and coordination skills
  • ️ Identify and escalate potential liability risks
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in all situations

    • Certifications & Licenses

  • Aerial lift truck operation certification required
  • Valid Class D driver’s license required

    • Physical Demands

  • ️ Stand for 8–12 hours/day; sit for extended periods while driving
  • Walk across varied environments (warehouses, homes, construction sites)
  • Regular bending, stooping, climbing, and working at heights
  • Frequent reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 200 lbs
  • Must be able to work mandatory overtime

  • Indoor and outdoor settings in varying weather conditions
  • Effective oral and auditory communication required
  • Safety gear and equipment provided as needed

    • ️ Travel Requirements

  • Frequent overnight travel required
  • Must reside within 45 minutes of the assigned warehouse and territory
