Summary

Window and Door Service Lead - Tampa, FL

As a Window and Door Service Lead, you will coordinate Field Service team activities, provide leadership, and ensure technical accuracy and outstanding customer service. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 .–3:30 .
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Support: Guide Field Service technicians, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Scheduling: Prepare schedules, approve absences/overtime, and maintain workflow.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist with complex service issues and make resolution decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to Field Service and Manufacturing teams.
  • Training: Ensure proper training and development for team members.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and participate in performance reviews.
  • Software Administration: Manage Field Service software, reporting, and user setup.
  • Hands-On Work: Operate tools as needed and maintain company vehicle.

    • Qualifications

  • Communication: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to assess complex situations and prioritize effectively.
  • Math & Reasoning: Basic calculations and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Laminated Reglazing and Aerial Lift Truck operation (or ability to obtain).
  • ️ Physical Requirement: Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
