Purpose: To schedule patients, intake paperwork, gree/escort patients to correct therapist.
Job Description: Greeting patients and escorting the patients to the clinic, patient/student/faculty appointment reminders, clinic productivity auditing. Answering the clinic phone, retrieving voicemail, and scheduling appointments. Maintain clinic supply inventory. Set up and tear down of clinic rooms. Assist faculty with various items that need to be done.
Qualifications: good academic standing, good people skills, friendly
Skills: Microsoft office, google drive, able to multi-task (i.e., talk on phone and schedule at the same time)
Special characteristics: Detail-oriented, friendly, multi-tasker, out-going, good telephone/people skills

Number of Students Needed: 25
Times Needed: 4:30p-7:30p
Days Needed: Monday - Thursday
