A company is looking for a Workday Reporting Analyst to transform HR and workforce data into actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboardsServe as a subject matter expert in Workday reporting, advising on tools and structures to meet business requirementsCollaborate with HR and technology teams to deliver high-quality data insights and manage reporting needsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, including Report Writer and Compensation reporting5+ years of experience with Excel, including advanced formulas and data validation5+ years of experience managing workflows using cloud-based toolsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, Data Analytics, or related field preferredWorkday Certifications (Pro or Implementer) highly desirable
