Dynamic and well-established Workers Compensation defense law firm seeking Associate Attorney. Must have valid State Bar license in good standing. Industry experience as a defense or applicant attorney is preferred. However, recent Bar passers will also be considered. We are looking to fill one position in our Orange County office.

We are a small, approachable, fast-paced, busy, client-focused, and goal-oriented Workers Compensation defense law firm in Tustin, California. We represent major employers (insured and permissibly self-insured), third-party administrators, insurance carriers, and uninsured employers in California Workers Compensation cases throughout the State of California at all northern and southern California WCAB venues. We also provide representation to our clients in subrogation matters relative to claims involving at-fault third parties stemming from workers compensation claims.

This is a full-time, salaried, in-person position. Competitive salary (and bonuses) commensurate with experience and performance on the job over time. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, and a 401k with employer matching. We also offer paid vacation time upon accrual and paid major holidays off. Business casual dress attire is preferred. However, professional attire is required for all remote trial proceedings, in-person court appearance, and depositions, remote or otherwise.
