We take pride in our attention and care toward our clients, attorneys, and employees._We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our growing Marietta, Georgia office with 1-3 years of workers' compensation defense experience. The responsibilities of this position include drafting, writing, researching and effective communication with clients as well as moving cases through the litigation process in accordance with court and client mandated deadlines.Minimum requirements:* 1-3 years of workers' compensation defense experience* Strong organizational and time management skills* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skillsAt Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, we treat attorneys as professionals and provide the support they need to deliver excellent legal work to our clients.
