Join a reputable law firm specializing in Workers' Compensation Defense, Employment Law, and Wage & Hour matters. We're looking for a driven attorney who's ready to take their litigation skills to the next level in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

About the Role:

You'll collaborate directly with senior attorneys and partners, backed by a full support team including a legal secretary, paralegal, and medical-legal clerk. Whether you're looking to sharpen your litigation experience or build a long-term legal career, this is a standout opportunity.

What You'll Do:

• Draft pleadings and conduct legal research

• Manage discovery and case files

• Handle depositions and maintain regular client communication

• Work across Workers' Compensation Defense, Employment Law, and Wage & Hour cases

What We're Looking For:

• JD and California Bar admission (or pending results)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized with excellent time management

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $100K–$140K (with regular increases based on billing)

• Bonus Program:

  • $40/hr for billing over 225 hrs/month

  • $50/hr for billing over 250 hrs/month

  • Bonuses for client acquisition and file referrals

• Health Coverage: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)

• Time Off: 2 weeks PTO + sick days

• Workspace: Private office and dedicated support staff

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
