A leading and growing litigation law firm is seeking experienced Litigation Defense Attorneys licensed in California to join its dynamic and collaborative team. This can be a fully remote position and is open to attorneys located anywhere within the state.

The ideal candidates would have experience in one of the following areas:

• Commercial litigation
• Professional liability
• Product liability
• Premises liability
• Employment law
• Business litigation
• Bodily injury

Role Overview:

Attorneys in this role will enjoy autonomy to manage their caseloads and will engage in high levels of client contact. Responsibilities include:

• Managing cases from inception through resolution
• Drafting pleadings and handling motion practice
• Conducting depositions and participating in mediations
• Preparing for and participating in trials
• Collaborating directly with clients and claims professionals

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in liability defense
• Skilled in legal research and written/oral communication
• A motivated self-starter who thrives independently and in team settings
• Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive
