Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers
• Aim for 100–150 calls a day, closing 5–7 sales on average
• Match customers with the right vehicle protection plan based on their needs
• Close deals on the first call whenever possible
• Confidently address objections using proven rebuttal strategies
• Clearly explain the value and benefits of a vehicle service contract
• Stay open to coaching, feedback, and ongoing training
• Be a team player and help maintain a positive, collaborative environment
• Participate in meetings, training, and team huddles via webcam (camera use is required)
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in commission-based or performance-driven sales (call center background is a plus)
• Strong closer with solid negotiation and contract-selling skills
• Clear, confident communicator—both spoken and written
• Skilled at listening, solving problems, and building rapport
• Driven and competitive, with a history of hitting or exceeding sales goals
• Resilient and adaptable—you stay motivated even after tough calls
• Positive attitude and a growth mindset
• Organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using computers and CRMs (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish? That’s a big plus
• Property & Casualty license is preferred (or willing to get one)
