Henry Hire Solutions is in search of a skilled Senior Web Developer to join us on a contract basis, specifically to finalize the development of our website and spearhead the implementation of new integrations for our hiring processes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions that enhance our online presence and streamline our hiring procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the completion of website development, ensuring all features and functionalities align with project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify integration needs for our hiring processes and design solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Test and debug integrations to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers or team members involved in the project.
- Document development processes, including codebase, configurations, and integration specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in web development, with a strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks/libraries.
- Proven track record of successfully completing website development projects, preferably in a commercial or corporate environment.
- Experience with system integration and API development, including the ability to architect and implement robust solutions.
- Familiarity with hiring processes and HR systems is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
