The Role: Vice President of Product Management

This is your chance to shape the future of payments! As the VP of Product Management, you’ll be the architect of the companies software roadmap, ensuring it aligns with ambitious business goals and delivers exceptional results. You’ll lead a high-performing team, defining product vision, strategy, and execution to solidify our market leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a similar field (MBA a plus)
  • 8-10 years of product management experience with a proven track record of success
  • Industry Knowledge and experience in AP + Metrics
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and methodologies
  • Experience in B2B, technology, software, or SaaS industries
  • A history of driving product innovation and revenue growth

What You’ll Do

  • Bridge the gap between business leaders and the product development team
  • Champion a clear product vision, strategy, and execution plan to dominate the market
  • Secure leadership buy-in and foster a culture of strong product management practices
  • Manage internal and external product roadmaps effectively
  • Implement a system for capturing and prioritizing customer feedback
  • Oversee an efficient product commercialization process
  • Craft compelling C-suite and board presentations on product strategy
  • Develop external materials that communicate the value proposition of our products
  • Partner with business leaders to build strong cases for product initiatives
  • Spearhead product commercialization, planning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and champion their needs
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize product performance
  • Lead and delegate product management and commercialization activities
