Is there really no upfront payment?
If you choose the contingency model, you pay absolutely nothing until a candidate is hired and stays employed for the duration of the chosen guarantee period. It’s truly risk-free!
What if we end up hiring someone not presented by you?
If you chose the contingency model, then you pay nothing! If you chose to pay a retainer fee, then it is unfortunately non-refundable.
Why choose retainer over contingency?
Since we require no guarantee that you’ll hire one of our candidates, all of our work is done is at our own cost and risk. A retainer ensures that both parties are committed to the process and that our recruiters are compensated for their work. In exchange, you’ll receive our top choice of candidates before our contingency clients.
Is the above price going to be exact?
In almost every case, yes! The price could actually lower depending on your situation, for example if you’re a VERY new business, or if you plan to give us exclusivity on several roles. Alternatively, it could be higher if you require additional services. A final price will be agreed upon in our initial meeting.
