Claims Processor (Remote)

Are you a detail-driven professional with experience in claims processing or data entry? Conduent is hiring Claims Processors to join our remote team. In this performance-based role, you’ll have the opportunity to earn above industry average rates based on your accuracy and efficiency—while working from home with a predictable schedule and paid training.

What You’ll Do

As a Claims Processor, you’ll review, analyze, and process claim documents with accuracy and speed. During your shift, you’ll work within our systems to ensure each claim meets compliance standards and help resolve any issues or inconsistencies. You’ll be on camera throughout the day as part of our collaborative virtual environment.

• Production Pay: Earn $18/hr at standard goals—higher earnings possible for top performers

• Work Schedule: Begins at 8:00 AM EST and continues until your assigned work is complete

What You’ll Need

• Experience with claims processing, data entry, or similar clerical roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fast, accurate keyboarding skills

• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and time management

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED

• Reliable internet (25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload / ≤175 ms ping) via Ethernet (not Wi-Fi)

• Willingness to remain on webcam throughout shift

• Pass a background check (includes education and employment verification)

• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state
