The role offers hands-on experience with modern database systems while supporting critical business functions.

This contract opportunity spans six months at full-time hours (40 per week). The position provides valuable experience in a tech-forward environment, with potential pathways to permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

Primary Duties:

  • Safeguarding sensitive client and company information according to established protocols.
  • Processing customer records and financial data by accurately transcribing information from various source materials within established timeframes.
  • Organizing and validating data sets to ensure completeness before system input, prioritizing urgent requests appropriately.
  • Conducting quality assurance reviews to identify discrepancies, resolving data conflicts where feasible, and verifying final outputs meet standards.
  • Investigating incomplete records by contacting relevant departments or external sources to obtain missing details.
  • Utilizing established data management protocols and software-specific procedures.
  • Creating summary reports, archiving completed projects in designated systems, and executing regular data backup procedures.

Required Background:

  • High school completion or equivalent educational achievement
  • Two years minimum hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data entry methodologies and quality control processes
  • Skilled in rapid keyboard input and familiarity with database software platforms
  • Critical thinking capabilities and systematic approach to problem resolution
  • Clear communication skills in both written correspondence and verbal interactions
  • Comfortable working autonomously while contributing effectively to team objectives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet consistent deadlines
