Your Career Journey
A Day in the Life
Your day starts by logging into the chat dashboard and reviewing any open conversations from the previous shift. You’ll typically handle 2–4 active chats at a time, answering questions about orders, billing, login issues, or basic troubleshooting. You’ll use canned responses to speed things up, but personalize them when needed. Throughout the day, you may join short team huddles, review policy updates, or check internal Slack channels for announcements. Breaks are scheduled around chat volume, and shifts end once your active conversations wrap up. The role is fast-paced but predictable, with most communication happening through text only.
