The Role: Data Entry Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. You’ll work directly with product manufacturers, doctors, patients, and internal teams to keep information flowing smoothly. This position reports to our Supervisor and Manager and plays a key part in our daily operations.

What You’ll Handle

• Process incoming mail, faxes, and correspondence for multiple client programs
• Enter data into our systems and route information to the right team members
• Research insurance providers and manage territory assignments
• Take phone calls when needed to support our volume
• Generate and distribute daily reports to vendors, specialists, and management
• Work through moderately complex problems using established procedures
• Maintain accurate records and meet productivity targets
• Follow program policies and stay current with procedure updates
• Collaborate with colleagues and management in a professional manner
• Take on additional projects as business needs change

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service or healthcare
• Solid computer skills and comfort with various software applications
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good organizational abilities and time management
• Sharp attention to detail
• Ability to adapt when priorities shift
• Team-oriented approach to work

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable sitting for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
• Can work effectively in a moderate noise environment

Schedule Expectations

• Flexible availability for varying hours and schedules
• Occasional overtime when workload demands it
• Weekend work may be required during busy periods
