Job Description
We’re looking for a Data Entry Clerk to support our client with document review and data entry tasks. Your work will play a key role in keeping things organized and running smoothly, making a real impact on the team you support.
Primary Job Duties
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and scanning to support client operations
- Handle incoming documents in both electronic and hard copy formats for accurate processing
- Follow internal procedures to process documents and flag any missing or incomplete information
- Identify and classify documents to build and maintain an organized database
- Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions
- Support team training and cross-training as needed
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM (typing test required)
- Comfortable working under strict deadlines in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Must be 18 or older and able to pass both a criminal background check and a drug screening
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Wired internet connection required (connection test required)
- High school diploma or GED

- Full Time position with schedules of Monday- Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:00PM or Monday- Friday from 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Estimated salary range for this role: $25,200 – $31,500
Actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance - May be eligible for bonuses or incentives, depending on business needs
