Job Description
We’re looking for a sharp problem-solver who’s comfortable handling a high volume of calls and helping customers resolve issues with care and clarity. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll assist with post-purchase questions—like tracking orders, checking statuses, and more. If you’re passionate about making customers feel heard and supported, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases.
  • Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns and other post-purchase needs.
  • Use your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues.
  • Help de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers.
  • Someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required- training will be provided!

  • Full Time position with schedules between the hours of 7am – 12am CST

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • At least six months of customer service experience is required.
  • Must have high-speed internet: 10 Mbps+ download, 3 Mbps+ upload, and ping under 175ms (ethernet only).
  • Must be able to type accurately at 30 words per minute or more.
  • A private, secure workspace with a door is required during work hours.
  • Familiarity with iOS, macOS, or similar technology is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends, is required.
  • Must reside within an approved U.S. hiring zone.
