About Us:

We’re looking for an assistant to help manage social content, and support job board client engagement — all while keeping operations lean and creative. We're looking for someone reliable and based in the United States who is looking to grow with us. This individual must be an organized self starter, with strong research and administrative skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism and accuracy
  • Support client onboarding process
  • Create and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office 
  • Assist with organization, and streamline efficiency
  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with market research, audience insights, and trend tracking  to support content, strategy, and product development
  • Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Compile meeting notes, reports, and summaries
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve workflows, marketing, and client experience

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, minimum
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be based in the United States and able to operate in CST.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and comfortable with content scheduling tools
  • Skilled in research, critical thinking, and summarizing information
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to bring fresh ideas
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Bonus: Experience in data entry, light design, or competitive analysis
